This mod adds the skeletonkey to the game again, which you had to give back to the god nocturnal after you finished her quest.
ADVICE
I would just download the mod after finishing with the Nocturnal Quests, so as not to destroy your game with owning too strong items, which you dont already deserve!
LOCATION
The key is found in Whiterun in a little casket behind the buyable playerhome Breezehome.
