2.UNDER ACTOR> DWARFS RACE. EDIT E.G. DRFDOURIN> RIGHT SIDE MENU CHARACTER GEN PARTS.
3. DRAG DWEMMER BEARD OR GASH SCAR ETC ETC FROM THE MAIN LEFT PANEL UNDER CHARACTER>> HEAD PART>> MALE>> TYPE DWEMER IN SEARCH BAR AND PICK WHAT YOU WANT….GIVE EM MORE SCARS OR WHATEVER.
4.THEN CTRL+F4 TO EXPORT FACEGENDATA FROM THEIR DWARFS RACE MENU ON LEFT PANEL. THEN SAVE.

You can also change there voice in traits tab on character gen parts in the Creation Kit

use console command setscale to change height of npc.
