The Forgotten City – No Audiobooks
The Forgotten City is an excellent mod with quality voice-acting, but as someone who wants all extra content to integrate as seamlessly as possible into the main game, the notes and journals that read themselves to you were somewhat jarring. This mod is very simple, and just replaces the .wav files used for the “audiobooks” with silent files instead.

Install with your favorite mod manager. Alternately, manually extract the data folder to your game directory and approve all folder merges/overwrites.
