Optional Requirement
SKSE needs to display makeup files at high resolution. If not used, those will be displayed at low resolution.
Open Data/SKSE/SKSE.ini, copy and paste below lines.

This files included in ECE. If you installed ECE, it is unnecessary. Female only.
\textures\actors\character\femalebrows – thin eyebrows.

– Darker Eyebrows
It is twice darker eyebrows than above eyebrows.
Permission
You may modify and include this mod file anyway you want as long as attribute the credit.
But, you cannot upload or port original mod.
