Made some changed on the existing dock also added a new dock/harbour outside Windhelm.
Windhelm Exterior Altered
This mod adds a dock/harbour outside of Windhelm.
It also alters the existing dock with some minor changes, like removed flora and added barrels, shelter over the door entrances, boxes and a few snowspots here and there. Also the ground around windhelm have been changed from ground that you can walk on too water / rocks.
