Actualy Usable Dragon Aspect Shout
Changes the cooldown of the Dragon Aspect Shout to a more user friendly, still balanced version.
I really love the look of the dragon aspect shout, but that 1 day cooldown really puts me off. There are many mods that remove the 1 day cd of the shout, but must of them left me with a feeling of an unbalanced shout, wich I’m not a very big fan of, so I did it my way.
No changes were made to the effect of the shout itself, but the 1 day cooldown was replaced by a more user friendly cooldown.
Before – 5/5/5 (1 day cooldown after use)
Now – 200/250/300
Weaker versions (1 and 2 words) have a lesser cooldown, allowing the dragonborn to use other shouts near the end of duration of the dragon aspect shout (200 seconds for 1 word and 250 seconds for the second). Having the third word cooldown of 300 seconds, means you can use the shout again just as it expires, however, you will be unable to shout during the dragon aspect duration, so the cooldown works itself as a balancing tool.
