Archery Bullseye cause bleeding
Bullseye will cause enemies to bleed for a short period of time instead of paralyze. No more the annoying bug that cause the original bullseye to paralyze the enemy before the arrow hits and cause a miss. so I decided to change the skill effect to bleeding.

*Cause 10 bleeding damage for 5 seconds

bullseye that makes bleed only
or
the Optional file that also slow time
