Breezehome TNF – Elianora’s Flavour
This is my modified version of goatk brilliant TNF Breezehome. It adds a basement with smithy and bath lounge and moves housecarl room downstairs and gives the whole house an amazing noble facelift. I will let the pictures to do talking.
MAKE A BACKUP SAVE IN A SAFE PLACE IN CASE SOMETHING GOES FUNKY WITH INSTALLING THIS MOD AND UNTIL YOU ARE SURE THIS MOD WORKS FOR YOU.
DO RESET BREEZEHOME AND PURGE CELL BUFFER AFTER YOU’VE EMPTIED IT BUT BEFORE ACTIVATING MY MOD.

Goatk (The brilliant creator of the The Noble Family series) has retired
from Skyrim modding and left permissions for modder’s to modify and improve TNF mods.
I wanted to try out modding Breezehome, my favourite Skyrim house ever, and since the BHTNF layout is already super awesome, all was left for me to slightly adjust the decór and add new items from some modder’s resources.

This is a remake of the vanilla Breezehome with Hearthfires. No other versions will be made by me, the mod is offered as is.
:: INSTALLATION ::

NMM or drop the esp and bsa to your Skyrim/Data files. Recommended installing on a new game where the house or its upgrades have not yet been purchased.

:: GENERAL OTHER STUFF ::
– Cleaned and hand-polished with TES5edit. The one deleted navmesh comes from the official DLC, not this mod
– Lighting is adjusted from the original TNF because it was way too dark with ENB
– No idea how this looks with ELFX
– Compatible with Detailed Whiterun, BUT backyard has some funky shrubbery you have to delete with console
You can go to Proventus Avenicci and purchase rooms as if everything was vanilla.
Purchase List :
Kitchen: Garden at the back, oven, foods, kitchen clutter
Loft: Blacksmith workshop, loft armoury area, trophy room
Bedroom: Main bedroom, underground hot spring
Living room: Living room, tower top
Alchemy Lab: Alchemy Lab on the loft instead of kids room, Enchanting table in the ground floor (next to dining area)
Child’s room: Child’s room in the loft, Alchemy Lab in the ground floor next to the Enchanting table
Become thane: Housecarl room (automatically)
:: INSTRUCTIONS FOR UPGRADING IF YOU ALREADY HAVE FULLY PURCHASED BREEZEHOME ::
1. Evacuate!! Pick up all items you want to keep in game and ask every NPC get out of the house, then leave the house.
2. Go to any other interior cell, such as Warmaiden’s.
3. Make a NEW Save, then Quit to desk top.
4. Activate this mod “BHTNF.esp”.
5. Load up the NEW Save, enter the house, check if everything works fine.
Check OK? Play!
Anything wrong? Do the following:
a. Reload the NEW Save(by step 3). Open console, type “pcb”, press Enter. Then type “resetinterior whiterunbreezehome”, press enter, leave console.
b. Save game. Play!
—-Uninstall—-
Do steps 12345ab but uninstall with NMM or delete BHTNF.esp at step 4.

:: FAQ ::
Q: Lighting flickers! SMOKE FROM THE FLOOR WHERE THE FIRE PIT WAS!
A: Some other mod like ELFX or a camping mod is still affecting Breezehome. Load this after those or remove the offending changes for those mods in TES5Edit.
Q: WALLS DISAPPEAR! I CAN SEE INTO NOTHINGNESS!
A: It is the room bounds that determine what gets rendered in game and what not (why render upstairs if you’re downstairs and can’t even see it). I have no answer to as why a few people are suffering or wrongly placed bounds.
Q: I have something out of place/floating in the air/all containers are empty and I lost my shiz and you ruined my save and everything is f**ked.
A: Why did you install this without a backup save? Read the installation and other general info carefully, and try to install the mod again. Reset Breezehome (console pcb and resetinterior whiterunbreezehome) after leaving and emptying the house, but before activating my mod.
Q: I can’t get downstairs, there is a floating piece of ground in my way
A: USE THE CONSOLE TO REMOVE IT. Google markfordelete
Q: Can you make it compatible with X?
A: No, there’s too many mods and I have too little time.
Q: Can you make a XYZ version without Hearthfires, for my 50 teen girl follower harem, and preferably a script that makes them all strip when I enter the house?
A: …..
No other version will be made, sorry, I have too many other things I want to work on. You are free to modify this house to your individual needs, as long as you don’t upload it anywhere.
Also, please refrain from posting pictures of naked pixel ladies in the house gallery, if the sole object of the picture is boobs. I don’t mind nudity in the house pictures, but when your naked follower in porn armour takes up 90 % of the picture, I really don’t need it in the user submitted images of A HOUSE 🙂
