Civil War Repairs
This ties my Whiterun, Solitude and Windhelm Mods together into one Mod. It cleans up the stuff that was left permanently damaged by the civil war. Includes Whiterun v1.4 , Solitude v1.2 and Windhelm v1.1.

v1.2 – Finished fixing smoke issues.
v1.1 – Fixed a gap in the ground in Solitude and some smoke issues in Whiterun.
