Slow Time Shout without annoying and unrealistic blue tint but instead with clear and more realistic effect that just slows time without modifying perception of user.
It makes battles using magic and other shouts during time slow more clear and less chaotic, especialy if you or someone you fight uses very colorful and bright spells that make screen go so bright you cannot see anything.
