Clear Weather Spell
A spell to clear the weather. On my build, sometimes I get CTD which seems to somehow be related to inclement weather in the game. The console command fw 10e1f2 solves this rare bug for me, but is not very immersive. So, I created this spell instead. Just sharing in case anyone else wants it.

*Create the spell tome at any tanning rack (no ingredients needed)
*Casting the spell takes 8 seconds (makes it dramatic, and eliminates the temptation to abuse this ability for the cheating types)
*The effects last 30 minutes, and should show in your “active effects” menu.
*Just drop esp into your skyrim data folder.
