Alchemy is perhaps the most complex skill system in Skyrim and has the potential
of being a very well nuanced manufacturing system. Unfortunately, it is also
plagued with inconsistencies, imbalances, and poor design choices that often
they often lower the ability little more than an easy way to make a quick load of gold. This mod aims to change that, to balance and increase the complexity of this system and bring more versatility and
enjoy the alchemist’s craft.

ALCHEMY
* All aspects of alchemy have been reworked for more balance and consistency.
* Options to set the duration of restoration of potions and poison damage to 1, 5 or 10 seconds.
* All potions have been renamed so they can be ordered from strongest to weakest.
* The player when creating potions will be named to better reflect their strength and effects.
* Player-created potions will be fully consistent in strength, cost, and name of brewed potions found in play.
* Impure potions no longer provide a quick way to get rich.
* Adds 16 new alchemical effects that can be created as potions brewed from found ingredients.
* Grenades and long duration weapons open up new combat strategies and play style.
* New portable alchemy workstations allow potion creation anywhere.
* Create salves and poultices, which can be applied to bandages as an alternative to healing spells and potions.
* Distill weaker potions to make stronger versions.
* More than 100 new ingredients have been integrated into the world.
* Adds 51 new creatures: 21 moths and butterflies, 11 dragonflies and 19 pond fish.
* Plant and animal harvest amounts have been adjusted for more realism and to make gameplay less tedious.
* Hearthfire’s gardening feature has been updated to include the missing vanilla plants as well as many of the added ingredients.
* Features high-quality meshes and textures from some of the best modders and artists in the community.
* Harvest blood and other powerful alchemical ingredients from fallen enemies. Vampires can use the blood to create unique potions.

COOK
* Meat can be harvested from almost all animals and creatures and used in new cooking recipes.
* Over 100 new food items have been added (more coming soon).
* All food effects have been altered to use long duration ‘strengthen’ effects.
* Large meals and drinks are automatically divided into smaller portions.
* Cooking recipes have been adapted for the best balance and greater realism.
* You will gain cooking experience and cooking skill increases as you create food.
* Increasing your cooking skill will give you access to more complex recipes and will increase the strength of the food items you consume
* A totally optional and incredibly lightweight fatigue and weight starvation system is included for those who don’t want to use a separate necessities mod.
* Alcoholic beverages will now cause drunken effects with increasingly severe penalties.
* Cannibal recipe options have been provided for Namira’s followers.
* All foods are fully integrated for compatibility with iNeed’s and recipes that require water will recognize iNeed’s skins.
