Lamae can be found at the Moorside Inn in Morthal.
There is also an option by which Babette will be the form of Lamae.

This mod adds a new stand-alone follower Lamae.
She is the first vampire, transformed from Malog Bal, she is fully resistant to fire.
Lamae has the special ability to use the shout “Voice of the Queen” (the effect is the same as the Frost Breath)
UNP body type. She is Essential and cannot die. She cannot be married.
Combat style: destruction
Location: Moorside Inn in Morthal
Perk: destruction,Restoration,and Sneak”
There is also an option by which Babette will be the form of Lamae.
