Less Shout Recovery Time v. 1.0
Ever hate how shouts take way to long to cool off? Well this mod will nerf the recovery time for a shout to be used again the time for each tier varies for example, Fus Ro Dah a shout everybody should know if you played the game. Fus will now take 1000m to recover to its ready state but Fus Ro will take 2000m and for Fus Ro Dah 3000m I hope you enjoy, and please comment any bugs or if there was a shout I forgot. P.s. This mod only applies to vanilla shouts!
