Shards of the Breaking
The war in the Untimes has come to Nirn! Support the efforts of Ilmaasi, tenebrous fragment of the shattered Mnumbrial of the Y Sign who has certain plans with Nirn, or join up with Astetu, luminous child of Scintil of the Blend Sign to stop Ilmaasi. Your choice will shape the future of Nirn!
Make sure you are in the wilderness of Skyrim and at least character level 3. Soon after you will have a fateful encounter with a crazy Khajiit… Past a certain point, your actions may have consequences: slaying enemy Sparks, agreeing or disagreeing with a certain Magna-Ge and absorbing Skyshards grants alignment points, which can be tracked using a handy ability.
Progressing through the questline and levelling up Destruction grants access to many unique and powerful spells. Defeating a Magna-Ge in combat rewards you with a spectacular and devastating power!

FAQ
Known compatibility list
ASIS: The spells are correctly tagged to be distributed to NPCs through ASIS’ Automatic Spells functionality. Do not allow ASIS to automatically distribute spells to the Spectraverse NPCs, because that would replace the unique spells of each NPC type with generic destruction spells! Keep in mind that ASIS’ Increased Spawns functionality may interfere with certain encounters.
Mirai – The Girl with the Dragon Heart: Not compatible due to overlapping landmass changes.
No Skill Limit: Not compatible due to a design flaw in No Skill Limit. If you are sufficiently low level, this mod will automatically reduce NPC skill levels to the point where they are too unskilled to use their own spells.
Ordinator – Perks of Skyrim: Compatible.
Perkus Maximus (PerMa): Compatibility patch available. Add Spectraverse to the PaMa Patcher block list. Perk note: PerMa v1.00 erroneously uses fire/frost/shock keywords to indicate destruction spells in various perks, meaning these perks will not correctly affect Spectraverse spells. This will be fixed in PerMa v1.01.
Skyrim Redone (SkyRe): Compatibility patch available. Add Spectraverse to the SkyRe Reproccer block list.
Compatibility with other mods
Spectraverse is compatible with spell scaling mods.
Spectraverse is compatible with mods that add new spells.
Spectraverse is compatible with mods that modify spell vendors.
Troubleshooting
The quest does not start: The quest is started by an NPC, Khajor, who tracks you down when you are level 3 or up and are in the wilderness of Skyrim. Much like the vanilla Dragonborn assassins or Hearthfire courier, he will eventually reach you when you hang around in one place long enough for him to catch up, but it can take a while if you move around a lot. If you are in a hurry to continue, make sure you are in an outdoors area (not indoors or in a closed city) in Skyrim and not on unpathable terrain and use the wait key to wait several ingame hours. You may have to wait a few times in a row; waiting just once places him near you, but not directly next to you.
Why can’t I buy most of the spells: You need a high enough level in Destruction to buy high level spells. Also remember vendor restock delays, and don’t forget that cheating with setav doesn’t work.
My framerate drops after I get teleported: ENB seems to have a glitch and may not be able to cope when the player character is moved around by scripts. You may also notice broken shadows. Fast travel fixes it, and perhaps a future ENB update will resolve the issue.
I defeated AgNil-Bright but the quest does not end: There is another boss after that. Try increasing your alignment level with either faction and keep using the spells from this mod to trigger the final battle, which unlocks your faction’s Master spells.
