Winterhold Restoration
A project aiming to mak a complete restoration of winterhold with more houses, Npcs, and hopefully more quests.
A repair of winterhold including a player home, blacksmith, finished/fixed bridge, 7 npc houses, college students in town, and more townspeople

Fixed the problem with player beds and chests being owned.
Made the balcksmith use the balcksmithing equipment.
